To purchase, add the item to the Shopping Cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button and then proceed to payment. If an item is out of stock, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
When you shop with “Lamat”, you may rest assured that you will receive an undeniably beautiful item, totally and utterly different from any others that you have seen before, in a premium box, beautifully and carefully packed to avoid any damage.
Every piece of “Lamat” bags and jewelry is done with the utmost attention to detail. Bags are a completely handcrafted product, so there may be slight variance in items due to the very nature of manufacture and leather. Also, please note that monitor resolutions and color calibrations on different devices vary. Colors may appear different.
DELIVERY POLICY
International deliveries are sent via Registered Airmail with delivery confirmation. Registered airmail shipping method does include the tracking number. It usually takes 1-3 business days for package to leave Serbia. From there, it depends on the country. But no worries your package will arrive!
Usually everything runs smoothly, but you never know and we are very sorry as we cannot affect any possible customs office holdups that may affect your delivery time. We are making an effort to dispatch all orders as soon as possible subject to product availability and clearance of payment.

3 – 6 working days for European countries,
6 – 12 working days to reach the US and Canada,
12 – 18 working days for Oceania.
Once your order and payment are received, within 2-3 working days you will be notified that your order has been shipped. You will also be provided with the tracking number. You can “track and trace” your order, anytime you like. Parcels will need to be signed for in person. In the event that no one is available to receive a Registered Delivery item, your country’s postal service should leave a card with details so you can either arrange another delivery date or collect your parcel from your local collections depot.
Please also note that all duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you check import duties and fees in your country.

GIFT AND PACKAGING
Every single piece of “Lamat” items will be delivered in individual luxury boxes. Packages are so gorgeous that are already wrapped as a gift. It does not matter if you gift yourself or someone else.
ITEMS CARE
Lamat items begin their life as finest Italian natural Leather, so there may be slight variance in pieces due to the very nature of manufacture and leather. You should care for your bag regularly to protect them against natural body oils from hands and hair, that are transferred to bag. A simple soft natural cloth will suffice. You are allowed to use leather caring products that are natural. Preferably wax based and specialized for accessories care. As for dust, again, soft natural cloth will suffice. If you are not able to reach some parts, solution that we recommend is can compressed air for PC and such devices. It will simply blow the dust out. If your bags require some sort of caring more complex than what we described, we recommend that you visit local specialist for such matters.
Regarding sterling silver consider that natural tarnish may appear over time. That’s perfectly normal. You can clean your jewelry with home remedies like toothpaste or baking soda dissolved in water, or simply take it to a professional for cleaning.

RETURNS POLICY
“Lamat” wants to guarantee the complete satisfaction of our customers. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, feel free to contact “Lamat”. Returns must be mailed back to the “Lamat” via reputable carrier of your choice, as a registered mail with delivery confirmation and insurance, within 2 (two) working days of receipt.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. “Lamat” does not take responsibility for lost or damaged packages that are shipped back. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser’s Pay Pal account. As previously stated, international customs duties and additional local costs are non-refundable. Original shipping costs to byer will be redacted from refund. This is a measure to prevent misuse of lamatbags.com. Once the refund has been completed “Lamat” will send a confirmation via e-mail.
