Welcome and thank you for shopping with Lamat bags. ”Lamat” is known for the emotional power and raw energy, as well as high quality of production. Some “Lamat” items will be made to order. Please allow up to 4 weeks for your order to be prepared and dispatched, as our items elaborate and completely hand crafted. Our website showcases the entire range of “Lamat” bags. We want your shopping experience to be as easy and straightforward as possible.

You can browse our items and categories by using drop-down “Shop” menu. You can view further information on any item by simply clicking on the chosen item. To purchase, add the item to the Shopping Cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button and then proceed to payment. If an item is out of stock, it will be shipped as soon as completed, in 4 weeks at the longest.

When you shop with “Lamat”, you may rest assured that you will receive an undeniably beautiful handmade item, totally and utterly different from any others that you have seen before, in a premium box, beautifully and carefully packed to avoid any damage.

Every piece of “Lamat” bags is unique and handmade with the utmost attention to detail. It’s a completely handcrafted product, so there may be slight variance in items due to the very nature of manufacture and leather. Also, please note that monitor resolutions and color calibrations on different devices vary. Colors may appear different. Please allow up to 4 weeks for your order marked “Made to order” to be crafted and dispatched. All of the items in category “Bags” have unique and sequential serial number, to provide quality control for us, and special feel of uniqueness for our customers.

I HAVENT PURCHASED ITEMS ON-LINE BEFORE. HOW CAN I BE SURE I WILL BE HAPPY WITH MY DECISION?

We at “Lamat” strive to accurately represent our items via photos, product descriptions and measurements. Our past experience has been that the items have exceeded our customers' expectations. However, should you wish to return the item, you have 2 days to change your mind starting with the date of receipt and we will happily refund your payment. ITEMS CARE

Lamat items begin their life as finest Italian natural Leather, so there may be slight variance in pieces due to the very nature of manufacture and leather. You should care for your bag regularly to protect them against natural body oils from hands and hair, that are transferred to bag. A simple soft natural cloth will suffice. You are allowed to use leather caring products that are natural. Preferably wax based and specialized for accessories care.  As for dust, again, soft natural cloth will suffice. If you are not able to reach some parts, particularly “Supernova Clutch” and “Supernova Small Clutch” have laser cut grids on front, and leather underneath, solution that we recommend is can compressed air for PC and such devices. It will simply blow the dust out. If “Supernova Clutch” and “Supernova Small Clutch” require more detailed cleaning you can carefully un-screw the front, clean the bag, and carefully screw the front back. If your bags require some sort of caring more complex than what we described, we recommend that you visit local specialist for such matters.

SERVICING

Should your items suffer damage, “Lamat” offers a reconditioning and repair service on a case by case basis. Please contact us at info@lamatbags.com .

 

RETURNS POLICY

“Lamat” wants to guarantee the complete satisfaction of our customers. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, feel free to contact “Lamat”. Returns must be mailed back to the “Lamat” via reputable carrier of your choice, as a registered mail with delivery confirmation and insurance, within 2 (two) working days of receipt.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. “Lamat” does not take responsibility for lost or damaged packages that are shipped back. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's Pay Pal account. As previously stated, international customs duties and additional local costs are non-refundable. Original shipping costs to byer will be redacted from refund. This is a measure to prevent misuse of lamatbags.com.  Once the refund has been completed “Lamat” will send a confirmation via e-mail.

We understand that you sometimes need perfect accessory for that special occasion and simply cannot wait.
